It took us some time and travelling, but I think we succeeded, in finding the biggest christmas tree around to wish you all....
Ca nous à pris un peu de temps et de voyage, mais nous avons réussi à trouver le plus grand arbre de Noël de la région pour vous souhaiter à tous...
Het duurde even, maar we zijn, denk ik, wel geslaagd in het vinden van de grootste kerstboom om jullie allen...

Chinese Wedding

Well, here we are, running late blogging because this took place on the 5th, 6th and 7th of December.

This was the first time I was attending a wedding. And what a wedding. Only about 800 people showed up at the wedding dinner…yep…

I got to stay up late every night and I like it very much. I felt like a grown up.

Nous voici bien en retard pour cette entrée, car le mariage était le 5, 6 et 7 Décembre. C'était la première fois que j'assistais à un mariage. Et quel mariage. Seulement 800 personnes étaient invitées...oui...Je suis restée éveillée tard chaque soir et ça m'a beaucoup plut de faire comme 'les grands'.

Finally I got a chance to get my picture taken with Bonnie and Karwai, but by then i was tired and grumpy as you can see.
Enfin, j'ai une occasion pour me faire prendre en photo avec Bonnie et Karwai, mais je suis fatiguée et j'ai faim, comme vous pouvez le constater sur la photo.

My First Birthday!

Here we go...already one year! And what year it has been...so much excitement and new discoveries. I cant believe it myself! I heard today is going to be full of surprises!!! I cant wait!
Et voila...déjà une année de passée. Et quelle année...tellement de choses excitantes et de découvertes. Je n'arrive pas à y croire! J'ai cru comprendre qu'aujourd'hui va être plein de surprises!!! je ne peux pas rester en place!
Kijk eens aan! Ik ben al een jaar oud! En wat een jaar dat het was.... zo veel spannende en nieuwe dingen. Ik kan het gewoon niet geloven! Ze hebben me verteld dat vandaag vol verrassingen zal zijn!!!! Ik ben erg benieuwd!


We went to the Kuala Lumpur Zoo. I love animals and today I saw so many I have never seen in any of my books. Papa, mama, we need to go back!
Nous sommes allés au zoo de Kuala Lumpur. J'adore les animaux et aujourd'hui j'en ai vu pleins qui ne sont pas dans mes livres. Papa, maman, il faut que nous y retournions bientot!
We zijn naar de Kuala Lumpur dierentuin geweest. Ik ben gek op dieren en vandaag zag ik er zo veel die ik nog nooit in mijn boeken heb gezien. Papa, mama, we moeten snel weer terug!

When we got home I, of course, did not want to do a nap. Instead I saw all my friends in the street and they all gave me very nice presents. Thanks everybody! The chocolate cake from auntie Peisee is delicious. At least that's what mama is telling me (I do not like chocolate)...... Hmmmm, now I want to go to bed. I had a fantastic day, I missed my grandparents very much. Thanks papi, mamie, opa and oma for calling and I will see you soon!

De retour à la maison, bien sur, je n'ai pas voulu faire de sieste. A la place, je suis allée voir mes copains dans le quartier et ils avaient tous des cadeaux pour moi. Merci tout le monde. Le gateau au chocolat de auntie Peisee est delicieux. Du moins, c'est ce que maman me dis (je n'aime pas le chocolat)........hmmmmmm, c'est l'heure d'aller faire dodo. J'ai passée une journée incroyable; mes grands-parents m'ont manqué. Papi, mamie, opa et oma, merci de m'avoir téléphoné et à tres bientot!

Toen we na de dierentuin thuis kwamen wilde ik, uiteraard, geen middagdutje doen. In plaats daarvan ontmoette ik al mijn vriendjes uit de straat en kreeg van iedereen hele leuke cadeautjes. Bedankt iedereen! De chocolade taart van tante Peisee is heerlijk. Althans dat zegt mama keer op keer....... Hmmmm, nu wil ik wel naar bed. Ik heb een fantastische dag gehad, ik mis mijn grootouders heel erg. Bedankt papi, mamie, oma en opa voor het bellen. Ik zie jullie snel!
